We’ve order there via the app 4 times in the last few months and all 4 showed the pizza being made and then it just say at the “in the oven” for over an hour. We called each time and each time the girl was nice, but clueless and it took 10 mins to even find the order and then they reply saying they never made it and they’re very busy. Our orders were over a 6 month period, so they weren’t busy.nLast year this place was solid and we ordered regularly. In the last 6 months or so, it’s completely and totally unreliable.... Go to Any of the other options in Antioch. Don’t waste your time!nI just called there 7 times on a row to cancel yet another order and no one is even answering the phone..... It’s Saturday night. What a joke.
Ordered from here many times but for the first ever I can say I will never order from here again, pizza and pasta was cold! I called about my issue and they hung up on me! Tried calling back and they had disconnected the phone lines or they were ignoring phone calls! Food arrived 40 minutes after it came out if the oven, cold, and when I say cold I mean it was basically fresh out of a refrigerator or something cold!
Customer service not up to par. Ordered through the website around 7:40 and didn't have it ready until 9:00 and they forgot my dipping sauces! I understand they get busy on Saturdays but there were six employees working from what I counted so there really isn't an excuse of not enough help.
Worst ever ☹ delivered late, didn't get 2 garlic butter sauces or 2lt. Of coke that was paid for! Driver said would bring right back! Never showed! Tried calling them over a hour before closing and no one answered the phone ☹☹☹ theft and bad business ☹☹☹ I will be contacting higher up! Totally disappointed. Got ripped off!
The Domino's workers in Antioch IL are really doing an excellent job and are beyond awesome!!! Besides them all being very professional they were still very personable. We will Definitely be using them often.
