I'm gonna get re-fit again at 55 I need some strength back and toning...too bad I see older men and younger men and women and teens but don't see more mature women my age trying to get fit. Come on ladies let's look good for ourselves and be a healthier us!
Clean, safe, other members are polite, and members do great job picking up after they are done. Members do really well disinfecting the equipment after use.
Clean and great equipment
Nice small town gym. Cleanly, decently priced, good selection of weights and machines, and staff is easy to contact. The only complaint is that more people need to be there. I go at many different times and it is always a ghost town. The place needs to be more publicized and promoted so eventually it wont be shut down, which I am feared for. It is easier for people to be more motivated when people actually go to the gym to form partners, relationships, friends, etc... Not only that, but people can get hurt when nobody is around! Lets all change this, because its a nice gym and I would hate to see it go
Old equipment, not always staffed, but hey it's a gym in a town with no other options
