This is one of the best aerial studios I have been to.. Such a warm and loving, accepting environment. I can not wait to continue my enlightened journey with the instructor and owner, Mary. They have great deals on multiple classes, along with spa / bridal etc parties with an AMAZING menu. If you have ever been curious about aerial this is the ONE place I recommend starting your journey, most def a judgment FREE zone and everything is scaled to your skill level while still feeling encouraged to be your best self and trying new things.
Mary is seriously the absolute best yoga teacher out there! She is so sincere, and genuine, and helpful- no matter what level yogi you are. Her reiki experiences are out of this world, and helped me tremendously through a very difficult time in my life. The studio is so clean and cute, plus it’s so nice to have aerial yoga in the area. You gotta check this place out!
Walked into this local gem & instantly let go of all worries. Mary the yoga instructor is such a sweet soul & really helps you find your balance and pace. The group for beginners is a great place to start for anyone wanting to learn the basics or for someone who needs to take things a little slower. I haven't gotten the chance to lay back in the massage area but I can tell you that I will be soon! The set up is absolutely adorable. I would highly recommend Namaste right here to anyone who needs a little break or some peace in their lives.
