We rented a 26’ for a wend and went in to pick it up and they had never set the truck up for us to get.we had to call uhaul to figure out what happened. They told us it would be ready the next day. We went in Thur they tell us they have no dolleys they where all stolen they’ll refund for that.Took the truck home and 4 hours later we brought it back because our home loan hadn’t gone through they gave us a refund and just charged 20$ which was great. We reserved for the following Thursday for a 26’ truck.Today is Thursday and they said they never reserved it and that no trucks where available.This company does not know what they are doing at all with their rentals. They are not reliable.The receptionist was friendly and did try to help. But overall I would not recommend this company until they fix their reliability issues. We went to another uhaul dealer and they had trucks that where reserved for others so why didn’t this company have our reservation today for us?
