I was provided with a complete update on the service provided including a projection of issues that would be upcoming to address including the cost estimate in advance. As I prepared to leave the facility, the service manager on duty inquired if I had been provided with the service details. I shared them and the service manager provided me with additional information about issues I needed to prepare to address in the future. The service manager also apologized for the length of time my service had taken and recognized that he understood I worked and had a very busy schedule and he apologized for the delay which wasn't but maybe 20 minutes. Staff were professional and courteous and much appreciated.
