The sales person was very polite and had plenty of playful banter. He was honest and didn't play around when it can to helping us in our purchase. Hope to buy plenty of vehicles from them in the future. Overall a very good experience. Recommend you buy at least one car if not more From them I plan on being a customer for many years to come.
Roy Tate and his crew did an excellent job repairing my vehicle that was in a collision. My headlights gave me some issues, weeks later. Roy said bring it in with no hesitation and fixed them at no cost. Thank you to Kempton for having great employees and customer service. I highly recommend.
I was not going to come back after my last service because it was horrible. I was very pleased this time, it seemed everything was completed and in a timely manner. The only negative I would have to say is the female staff behind the service counter did not even give a friendly smile and just had me leave my key on the counter without even coming over to greet me. She also did not check to see if I had any coupons for my service, so when it came time to pay they had to redo my bill. The man collecting my money was very pleasant. I might have smiled if staff had been more friendly..
Im new to this area (ctr) and looking for a place to service my 4 vehicles. This place was recommended by a good friend, but everything from sales, online inventory, service department was dishonest. It was difficult to get a honest response with the knowledge i have about cars. Will NOT RETURN!!
First vehicle I've ever gotten here, they are extremely helpful and nice people.
