I was hesitant to get my Christmas shopping done during this pandemic however my experience at this Tory Burch exceeded my expectations! I arrived around opening time so there wasn’t a ton of people in the store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by John. He was so personable that when he welcomed me to the store I really felt welcomed! The store was perfectly organized and John was really great about giving me his advice and opinions all while respecting the 6 feet social distancing guidelines! Which for me is huge! Turns out John was the manager of the store! Thank you John for making my first shopping experience during this pandemic as painless as possible. I’ll definitely be back!

If I could I would give this place a no star. Horrible customer service when they only had 4 people in the store. I purchased shoes and the girl named (Sophia) clearly told me they were going to give me a new pair from the back I paid and headed home when I came home I opened the box and there was only 1 shoe in the box. I was extremely disappointed I had to drive the next day an hour and a half to get only a 10% off for their mistake !!! I would not be purchasing from this store anymore you lost a valued customer.
