I found the cutest shoes, in my size! They were also on sale! Very good quality!
I love Cole haan. I got shoes & bags. Reason for one star ( I don't even want to give one star) the sales person or whoever worked there was so rude and unhelpful. They looked at you ignored until you asked for help. Talking to each other really louder and scream. I almost jumped when she did. Didn't even explain the sales event. ( I found out and went back to ask for discount) my sister and I were so upset . Never will visit that store again.
Sale lady was dressed to the nines her shoes didn’t disappoint. I felt like I had my own personal assistant. I will be back can’t express the attention to detail while feeling completely safe in this COVID era.
The store manager was extremely polite and actually took the time to guide me through thorough merchandise specifics. Very pleased, wished we had someone like her in the Chicago store.
Nice store ... sadly they didn't have my sizes available in stock.
