There was a wait due to COVID, but it went pretty fast. The worker who helped me was very nice and accommodating to me switching out charms to find the perfect ones.

I went shopping here looking for a bday gift for my gf.nThere was a lady named Linda who initially helped me and I was explained that I needed a gift.nShe showed me a few items but I wasn’t super convinced my gf would love them so I asked her to show me a few new pieces. She gave me a look and I can tell she was annoyed because I didn’t like what she showed me. She rudely asked me, if i knew what she wanted to she could show me something better.nObviously I didnt I just knew I wanted to get her something as she loves jewelry form there.nShe started helping other people and completely ignored me since I wasn’t buying or wasn’t helping her find the right pieces.nI left empty handed and annoyed since I had to wait a long time to get in.nDon’t go in there if you don’t know what you’re looking for or if you need any help. Linda will not help you.

I called to find out if they had a certain charm. They put me on hold then hung up on me when I called back they wouldn’t answer so I had to order on line. I would not recommend that store to anyone.
