This review is not their products but about their customers service . I went inside to buy a couple of gifts and was struggling to find and item I saw online and out of all the twenty employees in the store no one approached me until maybe 25 min. Most of them were just standing around and the place maybe had 3 other customers inside. I will be avoiding this Coach location. I rather shop somewhere else. My money is no good here.
The staff are super friendly and acknowledged me right away. They told me about the sales before I asked. I bought a number of gifts and, maybe due to the pandemic, requested but was not granted gift boxes or at least a Coach paper bag for each gift.
Staff here is so helpful and it's a great little outlet, lots of good deals
My girlfriend loves this place, the only thing that grinds my gears is they ask for my email which is fine but than send me emails from the “Coach Outlet” but can only use them online. This makes no sense.
I had to wait almost 2 month's for a refund. My size 7 shoe in women turned to a mens 7. Very disapointed. Sent back that shoe asap.
