If it was possible for me to rate a zero I would. Old navy has always been one of my favorite stores for years. But that has come to end from today forward. I ordered items from this specific location about 7 weeks it arrived quickly . But the items were smaller then expected so I returned them the day after they arrived. It is now approaching the 7th week of my return but i have yet to receive any email, call or any form of contact from you guys . I have emailed and called multiple times it says “ you guys aren’t accepting any calls at this time and your live chat isn’t available. Now I completely understand that everything was affected by COVID-19 but at the end of the day you guys are still a business and need to communicate what’s going on to customers especially when you have received your product back and still have my money. Ive been calling and been on hold for literally two and half hours ! I wish you guys would’ve shown the same lightening speed you did when you processed my transaction. Now its such a dilemma with refunding my money that i was going to use to purchase new items from you ! This is ridiculous. I am beyond disappointed in the customer service and definitely will no longer be a customer here.

I was just in the store shopping with my family and the manager on duty was super rude. if you don’t like your job then don’t work. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN !!!

Decent store. Always more crowded on weekends, so I prefer going on weekdays. You can get good deals if you buy clothes that are actually on sale, regular price items are not really worth it. Usually plenty of employees around if you need help. They have a good selection for men, women, and kids, workout clothes too.
