We just visited Honda of Kenosha for some recall work on our Odyssey and the staff was friendly and helpful. Joe Valente was our service adviser and he was helpful from the start on getting my appointment set up the same day. I immediately received an email and text confirmation and he assured me there was a spacious waiting area where I could wait with my 3 little ones while our car was being serviced. Joe made sure to help with additional questions related to future service as well as a thorough explanation when I asked for more details. I even saw Joe even go to the lengths of being so kind to watch over another customers dog for a few moments. He makes it a priority to make a personal connection with his customers and I could tell this at the very first visit when he told me about his customer's show dog. He took the time to pay attention to each customer and give appropriate compliments to further that customer bond. In this day and age I really appreciate and value his attention not only to doing his job well but to establishing a trustworthy relationship with his customers from the start. We also had a positive experience at the parts department picking up an order my husband placed over the phone as well as I needed to ask questions related to another item we needed. The associate there told me he remembered talking with my husband and was able to provide me with the item I needed at a lower cost than I expected. Again, many thanks for a great experience to all.
