This review is purposely long overdue after purchasing our first RV at I-94 RV about 2 yrs. ago. The sales process was very easy and the GM - Greg made a very quick and fair deal with us. The reason I have not written this review until now is because I believe that the true reading of a dealer comes in the support to the customer following the sale. I have been in business for myself many years and my relationships and support to my customers is top priority. When I purchase a product, I expect the same support. 4 Stars is my top honor - I believe we all have a little room to improve - consider this a 4.7 rating.nnThose of you who have done your research and have owned an RV know that the quality of workmanship by the manufacturers is far from stellar. This makes your choice in a dealer to purchase from the most important consideration. We have had our share of quality issues with our RV, all due to factory workmanship. That being said, I am so pleased that we made our purchase at I-94 RV! Ken and the service department are top notch. Each and every time I have needed them, Ken has returned my calls and emails promptly and scheduled my RV into the shop right away to take care of the issue at hand. He and the management / ownership have supported me to ensure warranty coverage of obvious factory issues when the manufacturer chose to initially deny them. These items were covered and repaired properly in each case. Hard to find this type support these days and I am very appreciative for it!!nnDo yourself a favor and buy your RV from a quality dealership that will make you a fair deal and with an exceptional service department like I-94 RV in Wadsworth. I can't stress enough how important this is and what an asset Ken and his team have been to me. I would definitely buy from them again! I do not write reviews that often, but Greg, Ken, and all the personnel at this dealership have earned it and I value their support.nnI am 70 miles away and have no problem driving to them for service knowing it will be completed properly. If you are considering an RV purchase and are within a couple hours of I-94 RV, make the trip over and give them a chance to earn your business. You will be glad you did - after the sale and when you need their support most! I hope this review helps someone in the future and thanks again to all the I-94 RV staff. Each and every person at this location has been a pleasure to meet and very pleasant and courteous. They have truly earned this review after 2 yrs. of service! Bought my RV there and it is a very nice place to do business with.. just a word of advice, take your time and make sure everything on the original invoice or build list is there... dont cut corners because you will regret it...

These people were wonderful!! So helpful and got us exactly what we needed just in time for the snow..our power adapter did the job gave us power and kept us warm. Thank u so much

We are very happy with the service we receive from the team at Collier RV - Lake County. Ken and the team in the service department are always accommodating wherever they can even with short notice to get our coach in for work. In our past experiences with other dealerships it has been tough just to get an appointment much less get the work done in a reasonable time-frame. The team at Collier RV always gets us in as quickly as they can, and gets the work completed quickly. They always provide good workmanship and have our best interest and travel plans in mind when doing the work. I know motor-homes are always going to need work and since we can count on your service department we don’t worry if something comes up. Thank you!
