If you go into the store pretty friendly staff, not to knowledgeable but they try. If you think you are going to get service or help by calling them forget it. They put you on hold and then Don't ever answer.
I was on hold for over 10 minutes and I just had a simple question about a tool that they might have in stocks.
Never had a good experience there.
Too expensive. Our friends order from Bisbee or Tucson for cheaper price and have it delivered to the safford store. Very young staff with no knowledge.
