TL:DR - After an initial problem with a battery replacement, the phone was repaired to like-new condition within a short amount of time and I also received $20 off the battery replacement for my hassles.nnMgr John Sanchez took great care of me. During the battery replacement on 11/27 a small tear occurred in the ribbon cable, causing the cameras and flash/flashlight to no longer function. Didn't realize this until after I got home that evening, but my daughter noticed right away. This morning, I spoke to John on the phone and explained the situation. I brought the phone back to the store, where he promptly investigated and fixed the issue. On top of that, he gave me a $20 credit towards the initial battery replacement for my hassles, which was unexpected but a very nice gesture. The phone works great now, and I have a happy daughter once again. Tragedy averted! ;-)nJohn, thanks for going above and beyond. Give this man a raise, Batteries Plus!nFred
Great selection of batteries and bulbs. Not the best prices but worth being able to get merchandise the same day. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.nI had purchased the wrong item on line for pickup but the staff was able to get me the correct battery. Great experience.
