One of the few locations I can say I enjoy going to. Staff are friendly, helpful, and the facility is always clean.

Unfortunately my fiance and I are at wits end with PF. We both have been OVERCHARGED several times. When we brought our bank statements and receipts to the local PF in order to bring this to their attention, we were basically given the excuse that they had no proof of the debits on our account from their company. EVEN THOUGH OUR CHASE BANK ACCOUNT CLEARLY SHOWS THE CHARGES AND DATES THEY WITHDREW FUNDS FROM OUR ACCOUNT. Numerous times we have attempted to clear this up and still have no resolution. When we asked the local gym for the corporate number we were told there is no corporate number. To which we then asked for management...and each visit to resolve this was told the manager isn't in.nWe need this matter resolved ASAP.

Great gym but they don't enforce the mask rule. People walk in without wearing one and nothing is said. About 25-30% of members don't wear them while working out.

Hands down, the best bang for your buck gym experience. This place is made for the average mom/grandma/college kid to go work out comfortably. By that I mean the best hours are usually 7am-1pm because it's not packed. They usually have 2 sets of each machine so everything is usually available to you. Very nice, comfortable atmosphere.

I really hope someone at planet fitness corporate reads this and make the change soon. I really love planet fitness and the environment to workout is amazing. The only problem I and literally everyone else is having is the reduced hours. The reason for the one star is because reducing the hours makes it very unsafe due to the virus because there is alot more people trying to cram in their workouts and the place gets a little crowded. More people means more risk's for those taking it serious and will not get a opportunity to have a proper workout. I understand that the reason is because of the pandemic but originally the reduced hours was because of the cerfew. Well the curfew has been lifted for months and the hours are still short. Also not everyone can make it during those hours and those with the night owl schedules are left out. Planet fitness please call a meeting and figure this out to help thin out the heard.
