Worst pharmacy ever! No matter what prescription is sent in I have to go 3x in order to get it.n1-I’ll go in an hour or two after my provider calls it it to make sure they received it, ( somehow no matter how long I wait to check they always say “the order for your prescription jussssst came over”n2- when I get a notification the prescription is ready then I go to pick up the prescription and it’s not actually ready and then they ask me to wait 20 min while they make It!nn3rd time- it might actually be done.nnToday my dentist called in a prescription at 1 pm, it is 9:30 PM and somehow Walgreens is still not done filling it even though at 5pm they said it would be ready by 6pm and at 8 pm they said it would be done in 20 minutes! My mouth has been in pain all day
Normally I’d rate different but right now they aren’t enforcing the mask mandate so they get 1 star. Signs on entrances say mask required yet half the patrons had no mask and nothing was done. Won’t shop there any longer.
First time using Google Reviews. Clerk on the register closest to the door at 2:45pm 11/3/20 spoke to a trans girl the nastiest I had ever seen and concealed her name tag. A number of customers were shocked.
The staff always friendly and helpful
A sorry excuse of a pharmacy tech working the night of 7/9. My brother in-law has insurance but didn't have his card. She refused to do her job and would not make the phone call to verify his eligibility. It's a disgrace to the company and she should be ashamed of herself. Look forward to making a formal complaint to the district and regional management executives.
