I looked through all the reviews on here for Sherrys Custom Tee before i went there and was honestly not expecting much for customer service.nnI walked in and Sherry was on the phone but addressed me as soon as i walked through the door and said she'd be right with me.nnI dropped off a few sweatshirts to have logos put on and she was extremely kind and helpful. I dropped them off on December 17th and she said they'd be done by the 23rd in time for Christmas.nnCouldn't have been happier with my visit and customer service i received.
I don't normally write reviews however after my experience with Sherry I felt I would not be doing myself or anyone else justice. She lacks professionalism and lied to my wife about the prices she was going to charge. She overcharged me compared to the quote she gave my wife and at that point I had no other choice but to purchase the shirts because we needed them. Never again! Find someone else trust me!
Good quick service
I'm not a person that generally writes bad reviews but I had such a horrendous experience with this business that I feel obligated to do so.nnSherry promised that my order would be ready and would meet me up to drop off my order. Not only did she not meet me up but she also did not have my order complete! When I arrived to the shop to pick up my order she argued with me and called me a liar. Couldn't agree more with the other comments on here that this business lacks professionalism!
Wow! I feel like I am doing a disservice by giving even 1 star. Bad communication and horrible professionalism. Will not deal with this company again.
