The company I work for had a marketing project that needed to get done ASAP. I asked two companies, Minuteman Press to be one of them, for quotes and ETA on my order. Minuteman Press blew the other company out of the water on customer service, price, turnaround time and delivery! I couldn't ask for anything more from them. Dan is my contact at Minuteman Press and he did a superb job from the moment we first spoke on the phone to the last email I received. I cannot express how thrilled I am with the work completed by this office. The customer service was amazing and the work was great as well. I needed two very large signs for my pool rules at work along with a few smaller signs and Dan helped me achieve exactly what I was looking for and took a lot of work off my plate. I contacted multiple other sign companies and all of them were nothing compared to this office!

Rachel walked me through the entire process of doing a bulk mailing with Minuteman, from the mailing list to the printing of the tri-fold brochure to the paperwork for the post office. And the work was beautiful and efficient and we actually saved some money on the cost of postage because of their ZIP + 4 software. We will be using the bulk mailing service again because it made our work so much easier and took so much less of our time. Thanks for making it so seamless!

I was very pleased with my experience at this Minuteman location. The initial phone conversation with Rachel was friendly and clear. She did a great job of keeping lines of communication going and I received my order within the time I was promised. My open house signs were of great quality and I feel I got a really good deal on them. I called them up a few days later for some color prints and they were happy to get them to me as quickly as I needed them. I highly recommend this location due to the great customer service and timely fulfillment.

Wow! So bright and upbeat! How refreshing Staff super friendly and helpful. I went in for a quote and Rachael talked me through the process and even made constructive suggestions. The new owner happened to be in and greeted me warmly. Lots of promotional items to see. Really helpful as I could see those things that I had asked for a quote on! Will be ordering soon. Keep up the great work guys!
