Tried coming in today and was closed for whatever reason. That isn’t even the reason for this bad review. It is how the employee treated me. I was standing there thinking the door may have been broken, and I saw the employee was coming. She yelled “we are closed”, and I was said “oh okay, have a good day!”nnThen she shook her head no, and gave me the dirtiest most disgusting look ever for no logical reason. Not really sure mentally what thinks gave her that logical grounding, but yeah.
Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Absolutely no understanding of how to bill insurance, especially Medicare. Way too expensive for prescriptions. Staff should have a better understanding of their job and how to answer questions.
Best Wendy's in Kenosha! Always get our order right! I met Manager Dawn and let her know she's got a friendly and courteous staff. The only Wendy's I'll go to on K-TOWN!!!
Very clean and fast
I am calling from a doctors office and have been on hold for the last 12 minutes. It would ring and they would put me back on hold. After ringing four times and being put on hold someone finally picks up and hangs the phone up in my face.
