Seriously this was the BEST used car lot I have ever been to! My husband and I were looking at cars and found one at CarBox. Upon reaching out, we knew this was unlike any other car lot. They were so attentive to text messages and responded incredibly fast. We came in to test drive. Tiffany and Jose were a blast to work with. They were so friendly and answered all of the questions we had. We test drove it and my husband did the full, long walk around, testing every little thing about the car. Tiffany was so patient with us as he went through all of that. After the test drive, we made the decision to purchase the car. The listed price was much higher than the price we saw on another site. But, they honored the price we saw on that site! As we sat through the paperwork, we chatted with both of them and enjoyed conversation and laughter. Upon purchasing, we got to pop some confetti cannons!! We will be recommending CarBox to anyone needing a car for the rest of forever. ud83dude04

I just want to say these guys were great. Bryan worked with me for literally hours helping me get into a car that not only I liked but fit my budget and down payment. 10/10 would recommend.

I personally had a good experience. Sales guy was understanding In getting me what I wanted for the price I wanted. Tiffany and & the owner were also friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping me w my new rsx.

My son purchased a car 2 months ago and was pulled over by the police because his license plates did not match the car. His car was towed. He reached out to the dealership and they admitted to giving him the wrong plates. In addition his license plates were also given to the wrong person. After waiting 24 hours on a supposed called back I called to follow up. I asked to speak to the general manager-of course they lady Tiffany who’s clams to be a manager did not let me speak to the General Manager! I told her that I want New plates issued because we don’t know what the other people did while driving with he plates on their car. The lady proceeded to yell at me! I told her that I could contact a Lawyer and have this straightened out to my liking. After mentioning a lawyer Tiffany hung up on me!!! I will be contacting a Lawyer! Very Unprofessional!
