I was dealing with a different Ford dealership in Illinois but felt like they were playing me for a fool. So I reach out to Gordie Boucher in Kenosha to see what they had to offer. From the moment I walked in they made me feel welcome and that they genuinely appreciated my business.nnThe team at Gordie Boucher went out of their way to find the vehicle I wanted and have it sent to their lot. I must say this was one of the best experiences we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Customer Service level A+. Jennifer and Scott was awesome. Very personal and non pushy. We felt like we were chatting with friends. When I came to signing the paperwork, Joe the Financial Service Manager was on point. He explained everything thoroughly and took his time to answer all our questions. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive. My husband and I have bought many cars from many different places through the years. We have bought new and old. We live outside Chicago in a very populated car dealership location. Would you believe that we drive all the way to Kenosha, Wisconsin to buy our cars now???? We will work with none other than Tristen Cairo. He is honest, patient, and thoughtful. We have purchased two used cars in 11 months and we plan on buying another next year for our youngest son.
My husband and I just recently purchased a Truck from Gordie Boucher Ford. We handled everything via email, text, or phone calls because we were purchasing this vehicle out of state. Tom Bona and team were EXTREMELY helpful. Any questions we had, they answered. They always responded super fast to our emails and made this transaction seem effortless. Considering that we purchased the vehicle sight unseen, everything that they provided as far as the pictures from the website were spot on. We were impressed at how EVERYTHING turned out. After searching for a vehicle for our daughter we landed at Gordie Boucher. This was our daughters first vehicle and Scott Verhagen was fantastic throughout the entire process. Scheduling a test drive was easy (we came from IL so it took a little extra coordination). The negotiating process was smooth and very fair. My daughter was present for the entire process and it was a great learning experience for her. The used vehicle we purchased needed some minor details serviced and Scott was kind enough to make sure the minor details were addressed (including tracking down the vehicle code needed for door locks). The customer service was outstanding and we even received a thank you gift mailed to our home the week after taking the vehicle home. Extremely pleased to see that this level of customer service exists even for a lower price point purchase! Kudos to the entire team. Super easy process (even getting IL plates while purchasing from a Wisconsin dealership).
