Danny Cardinali did a great job finding us the right Jeep Wrangler that fits our needs. My wife and I love the Jeep! After having the vehicle for a few months, Danny followed up with us during the pandemic, seeing how we are doing and if we needed anything. He scheduled us in advance for an oil change and helped order us accessories for the Jeep. I just wanted to share my experience with Danny, truly an outstanding salesmen and even better guy!
My wife and I started doing business with Palmen 9 years ago, due in large part to the Honesty, Integrity and Customer Service of Frank Chiappetta. Frank is not just a Sales guy at Palmen, he is now a friend. We experienced that tradition of Customer Focus again this past week, when Mike Chiappetta and Danny Cardinali helped us drive off the lot with a new 2020 Forte. I didn't think Mike and Danny would be able to pull it off, but they did everything they could and gave us a very fair deal and helped us get the new car that we needed. I have a sales and customer service background, and they are both exceptional when it comes to delivering results for their customers. Like Frank before them, I now consider Mike and Danny a friend.
