A recommendation from me is essentially a guarantee! Gene Tellez is a not just a salesman, but a good man. My fiancé and I came in to browse as my previous car was in the shop. Gene went out of his way to demonstrate patients, care, and understanding even when he had no reason to. A long story short, We got what I would consider to be the best car, at the best price, with the least amount of pain or headache. He walked us through the options, never pressured us to buy, and really treated us like good friends or family. He has changed my view on buying from dealerships forever and we will be returning in the future. THANKS AGAIN GENE!!

Yea Gene got me just right! He’s smooth and has a great sense of humor and makes sure things are good. It took a bit but he made sure It was in my best interest. I’m gonna recommend my buddies to come to gene as well. When I get a new car I’ll definitely come back to him. Great sales guy even better person.

The beginning of the experience in shopping for a certain vehicle at Palmen was an uncomfortable one. I did just not care for the salesman. He didnt seem interested in anything I had to say he clearly just wanted to make a sale. My boyfriend and I left and decided to come back and look at the same car I was interested in. We pretty much tried to hide to avoid seeing that one salesman. And there comes Gene to save the day! Was just checking on us to see if we needed help. Friendly, understanding, listened to me, had knowledge of my vehicle. He made the whole process go very smooth. Very professional but fun at the same time. Thanks Gene!
