My daughter got her car from here, and unfortunately the brakes and rotors had to be replaced already. Also, her sunroof and driver's side window don't work properly. Sometimes these things happen when you get a used vehicle, but I expect a little more when I get it from a car lot as opposed to a private seller.

Purchased a car from this dealer this has to be the worst experience i ever had purchased on 2/24/2018 and traded my truck in to this dealer the car was quite and sifted great during test drive the very next day after purchase the car was extremely loud and had a foul order coming from it i had to bring the car back they did some touch up work to make it quite however the smell still there they lied time after time making up poor excuses as to why it has that smell then like few days later the car started to stall out shutting off every time i came to a stop i then had to take the car back again they kept the car like 2 days and claimed to had did some work on it got the car back same problem the car kept shutting off at this time i had only had the car a week they kept the car again for like 3 or 4 days got the car back and they kept saying they had no clue what was wrong with that car and that he thinks he fixed it i took a trip to Chicago and the car shut off again over and over i called him again i had to get the car towed to them and no they did not pay for my tow once he had the car then he promised that if he didn't get the car working right he would refund my money this was a Friday he promised to have the car ready by that Monday which would have been 3/19/2018 on Monday he didn't have the car ready i didn't get the car back until Thursday 3/22/2018 finally the car didn't stop anymore how ever the shifts horrible now and the service engine light comes on and off and will not read April 6th i noticed i have not gotten my title for the new car so i decided to call the DMV i was told they had no record of the car i purchased on file for me and that my plate number was still registered under the truck that was traded in so now I'm riding around with my kid in a car that isn't registered to me with plates registered to another car i called him and asked him whats going on he didn't apologize nor did he say he would give me temp plate he now tells me he has a 3rd party company that handles tis information and that he would let me know today is April 9th 2018 i have not heard anything from him and is now going to have to take them to court please don't fall victim to this company this information has also been passed to the BBB
