What a great location! I had some tax questions during the off season that were important to know before next tax season and Mark was not only able to research it and get back to me, but he called me back and even emailed me more literature about it. I’m so thankful that I have been using H&R Block for years and will continue to do so! Keep up the great work!

I'm pleased with my services at H&R block I been going for a least 5 years and I actually would not go no where else. The tax professional took his time doing our taxes and as well, the tax professional was there to answer any questions and show support and concerns that we may have had. Our tax professional as well gave us valuable tax tips for next year.

I hired this H&R because I had moved states last year and felt I needed assistance with the additional tax situation. After assuring me they did this completely, I was called two days later to be told they didn't do it right. I stopped back in to be given a form that they didn't fill out correctly - again. So I had to come back a third time only to be given a form that wasn't even printed with enough toner. So I had to come back a FOURTH time and mail in additional tax forms on my own. The manager claimed she would get me a refund of my service fee but it has already been a month and I have seen no form of refund from these people. Save your money. Never go to this place.

The price is outrageous. I have never paid that much for taxes in my life. And won't again. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the man who prepared my taxes was awesome! But paying 350$ to do taxes is insane. Never again.
