I absolutely love this gym!!! The owner has created such an awesome environment there. It is great to have such a professional and clean place to go and workout. I love the support you get from the staff and everyone there is so positive!! Really it is such an asset to our community of woman in the Gila valley!! Highly recommend👍🏻
If you’re recovering from an eating disorder or any body image issues, do not go to this gym. This staff does not care about your well-being, they are only looking to profit off your pain and struggles. And when confronted with this reality, they choose to ignore you rather than learn and better themselves and the services they provide.
I love how it's open 24 hrs. That really helps me fit my workouts in to my busy schedule 🙌💗💯
Perfect gym for women! They have everything you need. It's spacious. Equipment is well taken care of and cleaned often... and most of all, it's clean! It doesn't smell like sweat either. I haven't tried the classes yet, but they popular with the other members so they must be good. I look forward to being able to try them soon.
I just started going with my daughter. I really enjoyed it and it would recommend to all women.
