Great family owned 24 hour gym . Very well cleaned and maintained. A great value for the condition of the equipment and facilities. You can tell there is a real passion in the operation this gym.
EPIC GYM! Grabbed a day pass and was blown away by the hospitality of the owner. Being in a small town, this place was better than the gyms in PHOENIX! Yep I said it. The regular people were friendly and people rerack their weights and wipe down after they are done. Can't wait to do leg day tomorrow.
Telling people this is an awesome gym does not do it justice. The owners are fantastic down to earth people that are very supportive of people from all walks of life. More than enough equipment and free weights to accomplish your goals. They recently setup a thermal sauna which works great. A very supportive staff and I highly recommend this gym if you're in the area.
Has everything you need. Always clean
Love this gym. Its owned and ran by kind and thoughtful people. It has everything you need and is still slowly expanding. I've been working out at JD3 for over 2 years now and would reccomend this gym over others in this area.
