I ordered a new car through Hartnell, and I mostly dealt with Randy and John. They are very prompt with replying to emails to answer questions (as we all know is important during these times when face to face meetings are less prominent). They were explanatory and helpful through every step of the process, and that made what some find to be stressful elsewhere, an easy and friendly experience at Hartnell.

Identified vehicle in transit to Hartnell that met my requirements. Able to come to agreement on pricing. Vehicle was driven and inspected upon delivery and purchase was completed. Sales team was very responsive and professional and kept me informed throughout the process prior to vehicle delivery.

It was my first oil/tire rotation on our new Traverse (2-2020). Dominic Rodriquez went over very thoroughly the E-reader system. He explained it in a manner that was very understandable. He didn't miss a beat in anything. I didn't have to ask any questions because he covered it all! He was very pleasant, courteous and had a sense of humor. My wait time was approximately 1 hour and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Everyone was pleasant and said 'hello' when eye contact was made. Definitely will be back there for services!

So back in June 2020 I had some service done during the time they did an alignment something went wrong with the alignment because it tore the heck out of my two front tires which I thought I should’ve got a better offer on Compensating me for my damage tires than what I was offered I was very unhappy with my last service also oil changes went up almost $10 I drive 25 to 30 miles to the dealer wanting to get the right type of service I love Hartnell Chevrolet I tell a lot of people how happy I am with Hartnell but at this point I’m not happy what so ever
