The reason for the score is because I've been an H&R Block customer all of my life. Therefore, if it's not broke, don't fix it. My taxes are pretty much cut and dry. However, my only constructive criticism would be the fee appears to be fairly high for such an easy preparation. My tax preparer rocks so it's FIVE STARS!

My daughter had her taxes done there. she paid them and got a call 2.5 wks later from them apologizing because the lady who did them for her and took her payment which was highway robbery..forgot to send them in.
