Great price on a great car. Communication could be better - I initially wanted a different car, but they never responded to my emails. By the time I was able to get in touch with them, they had sold the car I originally wanted.

Our small business bought a used Ford Escape and we love it! It is an excellent value for the price. We found them on Facebook and they were courteous and quick to reply. We were not pressured into the sale. Because it was a used car, they threw in a couple of spare parts that amounted to a small upgrade. Thank you!

Called one other local used auto parts place and they were just rude and no help at all.nnSo, I called these guys and they said they'd check and see if they had the part I needed, and they did.nnWhen I went to get it it wasn't the right part to fit my vehicle (I brought the coil that I needed a connector for with me) so they sent the guys out to get another one that did fit.nnThanks guys and gals, appreciate your help.

My husband and I purchased a Ford pickup from here, and I just want to say we had such a good experience, Truck ran great and no issues except a tire was slowly going low and they got right on it and replaced all 4 , and if we had any questions they were easily answered and was friendly, I would recommend if you want a great vehicle and friendly service hwy 16 auto is the place to go, they allow you to test drive any of the vehicles and they don't rush you into a sale it's a great place and I will purchase my next vehicle from them, Thank you hwy 16 auto keep doing what your doing !!
