I ordered some mini cinnamon rolls and when I got home I opened them and there was literally a drop of icing on them. I called them and spoke to the manager and she did a great job of resolving the issue. Very friendly and helpful. It is hard to find places these days that actually acknowledge that the customer is the most important part of their business. I respect that! Thank you!

Almost a bad review. We ordered pizza around 8:15. @ 9:20 called and was told it was with delivery driver on way. @ 9:50ish called again, still hadn't received order. the manger just in for night shift looked into it and explained that the ordered was voided and never charged, she apologized, also explained the gentleman who I spoke with at 9:20 is new and was told by someone else the order was on way - so he was just relaying the information he was told. Yes, I still wanted the food, the manager took my order again and then charged me NOTHING. I was expecting anything, just wanted dinner.nnWas a bad situation, but I commend the night manager on the way she professionally handled it and giving compensation that wasn't expected - thank you!

I simply enjoy their dishes. I always get good customer service there. The place is well kept and the cashiers are always super nice. Would recommend to others.

Pizza Hut is fine with drivers taking your phone number and using it to contact you personally if they find you attractive. I ordered pizza for my kids and went to bed. I woke to a text from the driver asking me out. (He thought he was asking my daughter, thankfully she is adult at least) So, pizza was good, fast. Just know that they are fine with using your number after hours. I did contact management and she said she was sorry yet acted as if I'm over reacting, assuring me they do background checks on drivers. In short, if you agree it's no big deal they will bring good pizza.nWhen corporate saw this and commented that I should go to the link. I did. It was nothing specific so I left my comment again. There has been no reply.
