Bought a 2011 Honda Pilot from Travis a little less than a month ago. Really nice car all around. This past week I was driving to work and a bunch of dashboard lights came on, so I took the vehicle into the mechanics. They had told me that the oil in the engine was completely dry. There was no oil in the car. They had to do a complete flush of the system. In addition to that, from the moment I drove my Pilot off the lot the tire pressure light was on. Travis had told me he pumped air into the vehicle before I drove it home. Well, the garage told me that there was a nail in the tire and needed to be patched up. This was frustrating to me because I had not had the vehicle even a month yet. So I called Travis and told him that I was frustrated and that whoever put oil in the vehicle may not have actually filled the vehicle back up with oil. I also mentioned the tire pressure light and the nail in the tire. I honestly could not believe how honest Travis was in saying that both of the issues were oversights on his part. He took full blame and even helped with the cost of the repairs for me. I was shocked that he would do this. He truly wants his customers to be treated so fairly and get the best deal possible. Most big name dealerships would not do anything like this. I will recommend Travis and Young's Auto to anyone I know. They went above what was expected. Thank you.

My daughter purchased her 1st car from this dealership Friday. The owner came down on price so she was able to afford the vehicle. We got the vehicle home to find out the battery had a bad cell....When I called the owners he said he was going to reimburse us for the bad battery. Not a lot of dealerships are willing to make things right so easily. This is a very fair and honest dealership and anyone I know, I'll be recommending these guys. Buying a used car always comes with a little apprehension, but it won't with Young Auto! I'll recommend this dealership to anyone from the experience we've had.
