The selection was decent, but the staff was awful. The lady who I assume was the manager greeted everyone and asked if they needed help, but me. She literally looked me in the eye and said nothing, stopped right in front of me and greeted someone standing next to me. One of the shoppers even mentioned she noticed the manager ignoring me. Maybe, she was racist, perhaps I looked like someone she hated. Regardless, she was rude and trashy. The other employees on the floor stood around talking and looked at everyone as if daring them to ask a question. The boy who checked me out was pleasant and fast, but seemed miserable. I love BR normally. The prices were not far off of the normal stores. I’d never-ever go back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this store.
There is good work type of clothes there. There is also like coupons and discounts you can get. You won't have to pay a lot.
There was a suit in clearance and had damage. i asked if they have additional stock, he suggested to order online banana factory store and he did it. after two weeks, i got email says order is cancelled. i called customer care, they do not care about the order, simply saying that not available and cancelled. i asked for different color or model. she is not honoring the price which i paid. very very worst experience.
