Very helpful and didn't have what i want in store but ordered it and have it shipped to my house i got 2 pairs
We stopped in to look for replacement glasses and as we walked in, the 1 sales person in the store watched us walk in and said nothing to us. As we continued to walk around for at least 10-15 mins, never once were we asked if we needed any assistance or even acknowledged, but he had no problem falling over backwards for the 1 Caucasian guy while ignoring the 4 Hispanics in the store, us included. I’m not the one who easily throws the race card down, but when you feel the difference in customer service slap you in the face, it’s no longer ok to stay quiet. Very disappointed Oakley
Service was friendly, but pricing wasn't any better than online. Infact some glasses were more than buying online. The only value was some clearence shirts in back.
Need more sunglasses on display. No women clothes which I thought was weird
One of the best interactions I've had shopping in awhile. The employee was friendly and super knowledgeable. He thoroughly went through the warranty with me and was able to answer all my questions. I wish I could recall his name to give him a shout out.
