Kristin was very rude! My mother and I were not greeted when entering the store. When my mother asked for a fitting room staff replied “okay” in a very annoyed and rude manner. Staff rolled her eyes and hesitated. Staff didn’t ask how we were doing or if we needed help finding anything. When I had asked for a fitting room staff looked blankly at me and hesitated. I noticed as other customers entered the store they were treated significantly better. Kristin had been checking out a customer and made a comment about how “these young girls like to take advantage of COVID and take sick days” and both the customer and herself turned around and stared at me. Which is very insulting considering that I’m a younger lady that works in the healthcare field. I consider myself a hard worker and actually contracted COVID.
The employees have always been very nice & the scrubs are plentiful! The only downside is though it is an outlet, barely any of the prices are on sale and most of them are still expensive.
Almost everything's still closed.

They always had what I needed. 4 star rating just because you can only exchange, not return items...they make that clear before you purchase anything, but I don't understand why.
