This place rocks. I love the clothes and wish I had all the money in the world to buy what I want. I had a particularly great experience last year when the staff helped me find what I was looking for.

Big shout out to the ladies working here this morning. I placed an internet order for pickup this morning. I had been looking at the Madison store, so I thought they opened at 10. When I got the email saying it was ready, I thought the store was open. Turns out the store actually opened at 12. When I called to say I was there for pickup, she said the store opened at 12, but they had it ready and would bring it out. She was really friendly about it. I would happily have driven home and come back since the mistake was mine. But Alison (?) brought my order out for me even though they were closed and was very sweet about it. Wonderful customer service. Kudos to all of you!!!

Just stopped in here to do back to school shopping. Our 2 year old was running around not being a great listener (missed nap time to add). As he was running I attempted to intercept him and side stepped into his path causing him to fall and hit his head on the metal rack. A staff member was nearby and offered to get us an ice pack for him and did. She then offered to write an incident report (we said no as it was definitely my fault as a parent.) Mainly writing this review because it was just as easy for that staff member to walk away and do nothing but she took the time to make aure he was ok and bring out the ice. Thank you to that staff member!
