The pizza is amazing but we literally have been waiting an hour and a half for our pizza and it still isn't done. It is now 45 minutes past the estimated pick up time. This is the third time this has happened.

I have only ordered from here 2x's the 1st time I was so mad that we waited almost 3 hours for a Delivery I called after 2hours and still waited an additional 45 min just to get my order that was cold and then they dropped the chicken wings right on the ground when they delivered it, and it was never replaced but that was some time ago . We decided to give it another try tonight and figured we would pick it up this time we got there a few min after scheduled pick up time called the curbside # and was told it would be about 5 more min.. fine no problem, but now 20 min have gone by and 4 other cars have came and went the last car just got their order so I stopped the employee and asked about our order he promptly goes in to get my order that has been sitting on the shelf since I got there (I seen it through the window) and tells me sorry they didn't know I was there to pick up my order. We get home and once again the food is cold and dried out probably from sitting around. Will not ve returning!

Zero stars should be an option. My sister brought pizzas for our family and there was A DEAD FLY/BUG COOKED INTO THE CRUST RIGHT ON TOP OF THE PIZZA. I wish I could post a picture that I have of the shriveled bug and wings. As if that isn’t bad enough, when she went to the store with the actual piece of pizza with the disgusting evidence, the store manager treated her very badly. She contacted corporate and asked for her money back and they are “going to get back to her”. Bugs and terrible customer service!! Gross!!

I have to give such a low review for one simple reason: lack of communication from managers to employees. Earlier today we placed an order, but called right after to give delivery instructions (no option to type those in online). Well we also mentioned we'd need change for a $50 (which would come out to $25) and they can't have more than $20 in change so we cancelled before they began cooking. Well we had not one but TWO drivers at our door with food because the person never relayed the message. This wasted everyone's time and caused a dip in each driver's gas money. I felt so bad for them but it shouldn't of happened. Please make sure you fix this issue so it doesn't happen again.
