My last eleven autos that I bought were all Fords. That should show you that the SUV I bought was just perfect for what I need. The last piece of the puzzle was the BEST salesman. Went to run some errands and my truck was running rough, as well as warning lights. Went to Burtness, and Dan ran the code, and quickly inspected under the hood. He noticed that some wired had been chewed on by rodents. Despite a busy schedule they were able to fix it same day! They even had someone drive me back to my apartment, and then pick me up when they were done. This dealership goes above and beyond for its customers. I might add that I have never been to this dealership before, so I was a first time customer. This dealership doesn't just do good work, they also care about the customer who relies on the vehicle as well. Thank you to Dan and the Burtness team for giving me confidence that if I have any issues with my vehicle while I am here for school, there is a competent dealership that cares near by.
