When taking my car to Ketterhagen for service work, Jim and Matthew are very through with explanations. My car is very clean when I pick it up. The work is complete and they will call if something comes up that was not expected. It is by far, the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. Just picked up my Mustang after service. What a class act. The communication from the time we dropped the car off until we picked it up was outstanding. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. So impressed.
I love the personal service. They pick up my vehicle at my work, fix everything that needs to be done, and return the vehicle to my office by the time I leave work. This is the only shop that I will have work on my Ford Edge.
