I hesitated to provide this review but I know how much I rely on reviews and I felt like I needed to share my experience. The gentleman that was assigned to my tax return was horribly unprofessional. He was rude most of my appointed and frustrated with my part year tax return from another state and actually yelled at me and made ME make a phone call to an HR Block in that other state to get answers he needed. He seemed overwhelmed and incompetent in doing this type of tax return. When I complained. The manager took over resolved the part year return but found a data entry error that held up my return. There were parts and deduction within my tax return that these “tax professionals” seemed clueless about and the I paid almost $300 for this treatment. I was told that was with a discount. Next year I do my own again. I went to a “tax expert” because I needed help and this office failed miserably.

She was super helpful and friendly. Made sure she explained everything thoroughly and gave advise for next year’s tax return.
