Power and Grist CrossFit
Reviews

I absolutely love Power and Grist CrossFit! This gym is not intimidating, not a traditional CrossFit gym. The coaches scale the workouts and teach us proper form and nutrition. The workouts vary from high intensity to strength training, perfect combination!

Best thing I have ever done was try this gym out. I was always curious about crossfit but too nervous to try. The coaches make u feel so comfortable, they work with you individually, scaling movements to your individual abilities. As you get better they also encourage and push you in a way that I would never push myself. The members are also great at making everyone feel included and are there to cheer you on..

Great CrossFit gym with a variety of payment options to help make it affordable for different budgets. Multiple workout times available throughout the day and some open gym opportunities as well. Our kids love the kids CrossFit option. The quality of coaching can sometimes vary from day to day.

PGCF has great coaches. The use well-rounded programming, and everyone is so encouraging and welcoming. I was originally afraid of the intensity of cross fit, but it can be as hard as you want it to be. The coaches will give you a push when you need it, but only within your limits. It is not an intimidating environment by any means. I highly recommend taking advantage of their free one week trial. You will be so glad you did!

Great workouts that I could never push myself to do alone. Everything can be modified and scaled to whatever level you are at. I have achieved a level of fitness that I hadn't had in 10 years. Just what I needed to feel better about turning 40 this year.nA lot of people misinterpret that CrossFit is unsafe or not good for you, but these coaches are great about recognizing when someone isn't ready for scaling up yet.
