I've been a happy customer of Griffin in Jefferson for many years now and think their service department is the best anywhere. They always deliver what they promise and make doing business with them so pleasant. I bought my new Jeep there almost a year ago and will continue bringing my car there for any service needs. We were referred to Griffin by my brother and I have to say, I can't believe he didn't tell us about these incredible people sooner!! To say that we are amazed with the service we received is a vast understatement. We were in a time crunch for moving and needed a newer, more reliable vehicle ASAP. My brother gave us Lexie's number and when we called her, she and Greg got to work FOR US immediately!!! They had everything set for us before our appointment so we had no questions and knew exactly what to expect.nWe even mentioned we had some reservations about our credit scores due to the pandemic, and they went above and beyond to work with us and were very honest with us from the start. As our sales person, Lexie worked so hard to find the perfect car for us, and the VERY FIRST car she mentioned was THE ONE. I can't believe how well she nailed our preferences and what we needed.nGreg persevered and endured through working on all of our loan options, and at the end of the day we left VERY VERY THRILLED with a vehicle that we absolutely love and payments that we know we can handle.nWe can't say enough about how much we love the team at Griffin. Update...........nJust leased another vehicle and as usual it was a Great experience! Thank you Greg, Ashley and Chris for going above and beyond for us again!!nnI recently leased a new vehicle and was able to lower my monthly payments with $0 up front cost and best of all, I actually got into a much better vehicle then I had before with higher payments! Havill made this a very pleasant and great experience! Will definitely get me mext car from here!

I was greeted by very courteous staff today. I came for a scheduled oil change and to have a few other things looked at. The woman who greeted me kept me informed of what was being done and told me what the mechanics had found and what they would do to fix if needed. The waiting area is quiet and offers vending machines with snacks/drinks and a restroom nearby. Very pleased.
