After struggling to find the camper we wanted, we found the one we wanted here. As this was our first camper we ever purchased, it was nerve-racking purchasing one mostly over the phone since we live over 600 miles away from the dealership. I can't say one bad thing about Country Campers. Their customer service was spectacular. Dominic met us as soon as we arrived, we didn't wait around for anything. Todd specifically introduced himself and thanked us. Thank you Country Campers for being so accommodating, friendly and helpful!
From the moment we stepped in the door we were welcomed by the warm friendly staff. All our questions answered clearly and provided a very competitive quote, with (get this) no surprises. Fathead's Country Camper is a great place to get a camper. Just picked up our new Straus and it is beautiful. Bob is good to work with and Bill really explained how everything works. Great service.
Very helpful.
Everything was wonderful. Everything went flawlessly. My only concern was we were wearing mask, but none of the employees were wearing mass. If your guess come in to purchase a camper you should probably wear mask if they are. We were not the only customers that were wearing masks and also this is a state mandate.
