My mom and I bought both bought vehicles from here(2 separate ocassions). So far, we both like them a lot! She had Jeff and I had Bryan and Sam was awesome and friendly. I thought the overall experience was well worth it, but the communication skills were lacking a bit. I originally bought the vehicle on Wednesday. They said they would have all the parts in and it'd be good to go by Friday. My mom called a few times throughout Friday and finally got the answer pretty late that yes it was ready to pick up. We went there Saturday night but they didn't leave the keys in the visor :( so we went back Monday and finally got the car. Again, my only complaint was the communication, the cars are nice. Thanks again!!

Where do I begin... Came across LEGACY AUTO SALES, in (Jefferson Wisconsin) on the internet. I was in need of a vehicle ( LIKE RIGHT NOW! Because I work @ the hospital & I’m on call a lot due to COVID-19ud83dude29). However, I had a very low credit score & bankruptcy only $1000 dollars to put down... I called Legacy, and I talked to Brian, who was really for sure he could help me despite my situation...So I drove to Jefferson Wisconsin & I live in Milwaukee.( which is 40 miles away) walked in to Legacy parking lot and I was greeted by the owner( who gave me cold water & even opened it for me) Now with everything going on in the World( I was kinda hesitant about driving to Jefferson, not knowing what to expect) because I am a black woman & My guy friend is black... However, Brian and the owner( Sorry can’t remember his nameud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f) made my friend and I feel absolutely welcomed...There energy was at ease and very inviting...long story short I had to apply for a $4000 dollar loan from the bank and was denied... I called Brian, and asked if he could work with me... He asked if o could put down an additional $500 dollars and I said yes, and he told me to come pick up my car... These people at (Legacy Auto Sales, in Jefferson Wi) are the best! If you want great customer service and people who’s willing to help despite the situation. This is the place to go, it might be a bit of a drive. But, I was always told you get what you pay for... ( Oh and didn’t I mention it comes with a 3000 mile warranty) Yes this place is GREEEAT!!!!!!

Sales consultant Jeff awesome! Went in to look at a little car...found a larger, more comfortable one in our reach. Awesome all around...5 stars is not enough...deserve more like 10. Thanks to the whole team!

Bought a car here a few weeks ago and the folks here were great. Helpful, knowledgeable, and they really want you to get a good car that works for you. Would recommend for a smooth car-buying experience with helpful employees. Jeff will get you a good car for a fair price. Great place.
