It’s been three months since I dropped off my tax info. I’ve left voicemails and not a single call back. Finally got through on a call and they said the person preparing my taxes would call me. That was 5 weeks ago. I would give no stars if possible. Don’t go here. I’ve used other h and r blocks for the past ten years. Now I never want to use them again. May 19th and I’m still waiting to hear back

So this office messed up my girlfiends taxes and with this pandemic she is still waiting on her return that was filed on Feb 8th. So thanks a lot for nothing

the tax prep ladies in jdfferson wi are pretty awesome. easy to talk to. willing to answer any questions. i like getting my taxes done at this location every year if i can.
