The gross motors service has treated me awesome they are very understanding when you tell them you have to watch the cost i would recommend them over anyone gross motors are very good people

I brought my Chevrolet Volt in for an oil change, and asked the Service Dept. to check it all over so it's ready for colder winter weather coming our way. They took care of everything -- adding windshield washer fluid that I didn't realize I was low on. Also, they gave me an estimate on future brake work that may have to be done. These guys are the BEST!

We have purchased several vehicles from Gross Motors in Neillsville for well over 10 years. Roger Wenzel is the salesperson we always deal with along with Kevin Schmitz on our trade-ins. They are very personable, pleasant and fair to deal with. In fact, everyone we deal with at Gross Motors including the Service Department is always honest and straight forward. They retain their employees as you see the same faces every time you go there which tells me they are good to their employees. Will be purchasing there again. John Steiner
