We took the 2 hour Highlights Tour at Taliesin yesterday, first time visitors. It was so educational and interesting, I will definitely try to go back at some point for a different tour.nOur guide made it fun and was able to answer any question people had. The weather was terrible, so if you consider visiting, dress appropriately, since you will stand outside a bit. The views of the surrounding area are spectacular, so I didn't mind being a bit cold.

What an amazing experience! Taliesin is a treasure. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the life of Frank Lloyd Wright and our tour was outstanding. We are so fortunate to be able to see the estate. Before booking, I thought the tours were a bit pricey, but it was worth every penny. With such a massive property, they need a lot of pennies to maintain it and I was happy to support their efforts so that future generations can experience the life and works of FLW in such an intimate way. Do not miss this opportunity!

Welcome to Taliesin Preservation! This is one of the best places to visit and learn about the life of Frank Lloyd Wright, both personal and professional. It is located about 30 minutes West of Madison, WI, and 2.5 hours from Chicago, IL. There are a variety of tours offered at Taliesin. We went on the Taliesin House 2-hour tour. The tour guide, Linda, was very engaging and knowledgeable about Frank Lloyd Wright’s professional achievements and intricacies in his personal life. By walking from one room to another, it was amazing to “touch” and feel the environment the great architect had lived in. There was so much curiosity around every corner. The architectural element simplicity had blended beautifully with the surrounding nature view as well as the artifacts inside and carefully designed interior. Time went by so quickly. Come and visit the Taliesin Preservation. Learn more about Frank Lloyd Wright’s accomplishments and have a full day of relaxation. Enjoy your visit at Taliesin Preservation!

Absolutely spectacular tour on one of the greatest artists ever lived. The staff all around was amazing, and our tour guide was so great. I did the 4 hour estate tour which goes by in whats feels like minutes - so much beauty to take in a short period of time.nnLooking forward to going back and absorbing more.nnI would love to be able to photograph for days there if they let me :)

Taliesin is open again!! The 2 hour House tour was spectacular. It was wonderful to see the genius of Frank Lloyd Wright this time of year. My husband was not as familiar with FLW and was equally compelled. It was so nice to get back to traveling! They are taking every COVID precaution, including sanitizing, providing masks & limiting tour sizes. I felt completely safe. I highly recommend!
