I absolutely recommend The House on the Rock! It is such a quirky and eclectic place. The history of the place is also very cool to learn about. It was so cool how it is all one way and you can get through it all without being approached by other people. I highly recommend getting there early because you can view it all without being rushed. So cool and is well worth the money.

I severely underestimated this place. The pictures just don't it justice. What is missing that you can only grasp in concept, in person, is the sheer size of literally everything. The pictures of the whale and squid for instance is simple massive taking up probably 10,000 sq ft if not more, 3 or 4 stories high. The underground neighborhood with full size houses, balconies and rooms. And adding to every bit of this experience is that most of this place is built around the rock and trees that still stand, yet is underground. The grand achievement of such placement of massive pipe organs playing in different cultures and styles is just spectacular. I can only hope that others can be amazed at the curiosities found within and the grand spectacle of it all. Definitely a different world. It's like a moving and lit museum under ground with yet another oddity around the corner. The ship room is by far the best in grand scale and overall aesthetics. Very, very cool.

Wow! An incredible self guided tour through a wonder filled, jaw dropping, astounding house and property! We spent 4 hours there and didn't realize it til we were done because we were so absorbed in everything we were seeing. I can't wait to go back...I very highly recommend it!! I give it 10 stars!

This place is just really magical I've been looking forward to seeing it for the whole year and it did not disappoint in fact it blew me away by just how crazy of a place it was. The staff there are also very friendly and helpful along the way. I could probably come here 10 more times and still be just as awestruck as I was today. I Will be coming back here with friends and family

This was one of the best experiences of my life... beautifull and amazing works of art from almost every background. I strongly recommend going to this wonderful place at least once in your life. Its enjoyable for any age. It's worth every penny
