I was interested in purchasing a Ford Edge from them. They had four vehicles on their website without prices. When I called them to get prices, the sales manager had a bad attitude and told me he was not interested in doing business with me. Your loss, I went elsewhere and bought one the same day.

So I went here with my son to co sign for a good used car. I told the salesman what we were looking for they ran are credit and was told they would let us know what we qualify for. A short time later they said we needed a few things of paperwork. I asked if they had found the car yet and was told I'll surprise you when you get back and that we would be happy. when we got back gave them the paperwork and waited. Later I'm told they are putting together all the paperwork and it should be ready to be signed soon. I was like we haven't seen the car yet. They took us out to see the brand new $26,000 Chevy Trax and minutes later the paperwork was ready we signed and out the door we went. Looking back I feel very manipulate and I don't believe I will do business there again

Had a gas tank recall on our Lincoln MKX, they put the old gas back in the new tank (it was almost empty) Ford would have paid them for 5 gallons of fresh gas. (I know there was water, dirt in the old gas) If they cut corners like that, no way would I trust them again. I reported them to Lincoln. I contacted the original dealership where I bought the the car, new and they told me they never would have done anything that cheap. Worst service department I have experienced. My advise to you: RUN!
